PennyStockScout: a research companion to your market canvas
Use PennyStockScout alongside TickerCanvas to separate large-cap market context from exchange-listed penny-stock research.

Two tools for two different research questions
TickerCanvas helps you see a supported large-cap market universe at a glance. Its S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 canvases organize companies into tiles, with selectable area rules, sector grouping and signed percentage colors. That overview is useful when you want to understand what the displayed companies did during a particular session. It does not cover every listed stock or screen the penny-stock market.
PennyStockScout answers a different question: which eligible exchange-listed US low-priced stocks have observable price, volume or research signals worth examining? Its screener, company pages, Daily Radar and filing references provide a more detailed starting point for that narrower research task. Opening the second service changes the universe and the tools, rather than adding penny stocks to your existing TickerCanvas view.
Start with context, then change the research lens
On TickerCanvas, begin by choosing your index and checking the snapshot date. A sector view or equal-area watchlist can help you frame a specific observation: perhaps many displayed technology companies declined, or a handful of large companies dominated the visual picture. Keep the selected sizing rule in mind; a large tile can reflect capitalization rather than a large percentage move.
If your next question concerns lower-priced exchange-listed stocks, open PennyStockScout and use its own screener and dated research pages. Review the company, exchange, available price history and volume measures there. A broad-market observation does not establish that an individual penny stock will move in the same direction, and the two universes are not interchangeable samples.
Read scores as descriptions of observed inputs
PennyStockScout separates its Opportunity Score from its Observed Trading-Risk Score and publishes the methodology behind them. Those measures summarize specified observed inputs. A high opportunity reading is not a forecast; a lower observed trading-risk reading does not establish that a company is safe. Financing, liquidity, corporate actions and business conditions require their own attention.
Use the methodology and the source-linked company research to understand what a signal includes and what it leaves out. SEC filing references can help you reach the original documents, but a reference or an automated flag is a reason to inspect the document, not a substitute for reading it.
Keep dates, saved views and accounts separate
Both products label market-data sessions, and the timestamps may differ. Compare the dates before placing two observations side by side. TickerCanvas animations and automatic desktop checks are presentation and refresh features; they do not turn cached end-of-day values into real-time quotes. PennyStockScout has its own data processing and coverage rules.
A TickerCanvas saved view remains local by default. The optional website account can keep a cloud copy that you explicitly save and load between signed-in browsers; native apps can still transfer settings by export and import. A TickerCanvas view does not become a PennyStockScout watchlist, and the services do not share a login or synchronize preferences with each other. Use each service’s existing controls to retain your work. This guide does not create a new market-data subscription or expand the supported ticker list.
Explore the related Premium ADV service
TickerCanvas and PennyStockScout are both Premium ADV projects. This is a guide to a related service from the same operator, not an independent third-party review. Choose the tool that fits the research question and verify source data before relying on an observation. Neither service executes trades or provides a personal buy or sell recommendation.
